What are their expected daily duties:

• Handle telephonic, email, and walk-in customer enquiries

• Prepare accurate quotations and process sales orders

• Follow up on quotes and convert opportunities into sales

• Liaise with warehouse and operations to ensure timely deliveries

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers

• Ensure correct pricing, margins, and product specifications

• Prepare sales reports and stats in excel

• Grade 12

Minimum number of years’ experience in a similar role:

• 5 years’ experience in internal sales
