What you'll actually be doing

Lead & motivate – You'll manage a team of sales reps, keeping them focused, energized, and accountable.

Drive performance – Set clear targets, track KPIs, and regularly review individual and team progress.

Coach & course-correct – Mentor your team, address underperformance early, and celebrate wins.

Close key deals – Step in to support key accounts and high-value negotiations.

Solve real problems – Handle complex customer issues and internal operational challenges with confidence.

Report with impact – Prepare forecasts, sales reports, and presentations that actually get used.

Collaborate across teams – Work closely with logistics and finance to keep the business moving.

What you need to bring

? Bachelor's degree
? 4–8 years of sales experience (glass or building materials is a strong plus)
? Proven experience leading a sales team
? Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills (you can turn data into a story)
? A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel
