What You'll Do:

• Oversee financial accounting, cost management, budgeting, analysis, and tax planning for overseas factories

• Support the Chief Financial Officer in supervising and standardizing daily business processes

• Participate in reviewing major contracts and agreements to ensure sound financial governance

• Contribute to annual business planning and provide strategic financial insights to foster growth

• Lead and develop finance teams, promoting high performance and accountability

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in financial management or a similar role

• Strong analytical and financial analysis skills

• Fluency in Mandarin and understanding of Chinese business culture will be an advantage.

• Proficiency in financial systems and management tools

• Leadership and management experience, with a focus on team development

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage costs effectively

Familiarity with the following:

• C programming skills or knowledge is advantageous
