Duties:

• Build and streamline transportation processes to ensure smooth daily operations

• Lead and manage the branch transportation team, ensuring effective delivery of customer orders

• Train and empower staff to maintain high service standards

• Analyze logistics efficiency and costs, identifying areas for ongoing improvement

• Control budgets, optimize resources, and work to reduce transportation expenses

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher

• Minimum of 5 years experience in transportation or logistics management

• Proven leadership and team management skills

• Fluency in Mandarin and understanding of Chinese business culture will be an advantage.

• Strong ability to meet deadlines and manage budgets

• Proficiency in process optimization
